Project Title : Targeted Email Campaign for largest mold stain e-commerce company, based at Chicago, with insight driven reporting.
Client Objective : Achieve better KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) viz. Open + click rates and overall engagement by leveraging segmentation and automation features with better design on Email on Mailchimp platform
Solution : NectarSpot Email Marketing team designed, created and executed segmentation and automation email campaigns.
NectarSpot team created UTM parameters in email links and created ‘Email’ channel for better attribution and data driven insights through API integration with Google Analytics.
Results: The client achieved better than industry open rates and engagement metrics ( clicks, total time spent per page through the campaign)
Campaign Open Rate = 35.1% (vs Industry average of 17.2% – Manufacturing)
Click Rate = 3.8% (vs Industry average of 1.8% – Manufacturing
